With this listing we're inviting you to take a part in exciting process of creating a unique engagement ring. We offer individually designed jewelry made by your wishes.
Here is how it works:
1.Upload Image
You describe your idea, style of the ring, metal and stones you'd like to use. You can provide some pictures as examples.
2.Budget and Pricing
If you have any budget in mind please let us know. It helps to search best stones accordingly to budget.The total amount is calculated considering the difficulty of design, the type of metals and stones used. After the price is determined, I will make a dedicated link for you. You need to pay half of the ring cost. After the ring is customized, you can pay the remaining fee.
3.CAD Review
After we receive deposit payment, I start making pencil sketches.Then we prepare a CAD visualisation. A digital highly detailed visualisation will help you to see the ring from every angle.
4.Complete Customization
Once the design confirmed, we start bringing the design into life.The rest amount will be paid after ring is finished, you will receive photos before.You will receive this jewel within around 4 weeks.
Note: If you'd like to change something, we can do that before manufacturing. nbsp;Each extra round of revision costs $50 for minor changes. If you wish to change a design significantly this can double the design work cost.
Our rings are high quality handmade jewelry rings. Order usually needs around 2 to 3 weeks to produce since every rings are made by orders. Also, it usually needs around 3-6 days for shipping within the US.

Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item(s), we won’t offer you a refund or exchange.We are very confident in the high quality of our products, but if there is a need for repair due to force majeure, we will also provide you with a one-year warranty service(with a valid proof of purchase). Please refer to our warranty policy for details.
To be eligible for a return, all jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration.
Refund and Returns
Notice：If you don't want to own it, please get in touch with us at (service@iverjewelry.com)first before you request a return/refund.Because all of our items are made to order, it means that we only produce after you place your order. So,I don't accept returns as following:
- Custom rings.such as ring sizes over 9US or under 3US / changing the main stone / changing side stones / changing the style of the band/engraving on the ring are non-refundable.
- Unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.
- Second return or exchange product.
- Full eternity ring.
- Product loss due to incomplete shipping address.
The refund will be refunded within 1-3 days after our after-sales staff receives the return package. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.
If the items themselves have no quality problems, we will charge a 30% restocking fee of order for the refunds & returns.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
All decisions made by IverJewelry are final.
Cancellation Refund Policy
In order to make your order can be completed according to your requirements! Please check the spelling, date and name before placing an order. After placing an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you find that the order is wrong, please contact us immediately.
Generally, all items will be ready for design or put into production after we receive payment.Therefore, Orders can be canceled for free within 72 hours after purchase.Refunds made after 72 hours of purchase will be subject to a 30% materials and processing fee.This amount will be deducted from a full refund. It also covers our tax and administrative fees, shipping and packaging costs, and lost materials and doesn't cover the effort involved - we don't earn anything on this.
