We offer a payment plan.It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.
The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring.
The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

If you still don't want to own it, you can contact us within 7 days after receiving the rings. Please contact us first( E-mail: service@iverjewelry.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them.
Returns unrelated to quality, $100 each ring will be deducted as a restocking fee(Rings with diamond side stones incur an additional $100 restocking fee).
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. I don't accept returns as following:
- Custom rings.
- Ring with engravings.
- Full eternity ring
- Adjusted wedding band.
- Request exceeding the return period-30days.
The refund will be refunded within 1-3 days after our after-sales staff receives the return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.The restocking fees are:30% of order.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry.

Our rings are handmade to order. If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order, we will not deduct the money. If the item is returned after more than 24 hours or if there is no quality problem after receipt, we will charge a certain fee based on the price of a single ring.
