Refund and Returns

At IverJewelry, every item is made to order and carefully handcrafted. We proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to providing thoughtful after-purchase support.
1. Order Cancellation (Within 72 Hours)
In order to complete your order, it can be completed according to your requirements! Please check the spelling, date, and name before placing an order. After placing an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you find that the order is wrong, please contact us immediately.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, before production begins. (Cancellations made after 72 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover material and craftsmanship costs already incurred.)
2. Returns & Exchanges
✔ For Quality Issues:
Please contact us within a week of receiving the ring, and we will arrange for a quality inspector to check the ring you just received. If the product is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.
1) Major defects in the metal or craftsmanship (e.g., broken prongs, broken band, loose or missing stones).
2) Significant discrepancy between the item received and what was ordered.
Please Note — The Following Are Not Considered Defects:
1)Natural variations in gemstones (especially Moss Agate or Alexandrite, which may vary in pattern or color-change effect)
2)Personal preference regarding stone shape or appearance
3)Size perception differences based on photos or expectations
If a return is required due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong item or another issue caused by us), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For U.S. customers
We will either:
- Provide a prepaid USPS return label, or
- Reimburse the cost of a USPS return label purchased by the customer
For international customers (outside the U.S.)
We recommend that customers first choose a convenient local shipping method to return the item, and we will reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost once the return has been confirmed.
If no suitable local return option is available, we may provide a prepaid return label instead.
However, please note that this method may involve a higher risk of package loss during transit, so it is generally not recommended unless necessary.
✔ Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange an item for non-quality reasons:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
*Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Don't accept returns as follows:
1)Custom rings. Changes such as ring sizes over 9US or under 3US / changing the main stone / changing side stones / changing the band style, or engraving on the ring are non-refundable.
2)Unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.
3)Second return or exchange product.
4)Full eternity ring.
If a return or exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for:
- Purchasing their own return shipping label
- Arranging the return shipment
- Covering all return shipping costs
Examples of personal reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- No longer wanting the item
- Placing the order by mistake
3. One-Year Warranty Service
We are confident in our craftsmanship and offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery (valid proof of purchase required).
This warranty covers craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear.
3.1 Ring Resizing
We strongly recommend confirming your correct ring size before placing your order, as a proper fit is essential for your satisfaction. Please consult the ring size guide before placing your order.
Within Warranty:
One complimentary resizing is offered if the original size ordered was incorrect.
Most designs can only be safely adjusted by 0.25–0.5 US sizes due to structural limitations.
If resizing is not possible, remaking the ring may be required, subject to a 30% remake fee.
For your convenience: To expedite the process and minimize shipping risks, we offer the option to have your ring resized locally.
Simply email us the receipt from a professional jeweler at service@iverjewelry.com, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost of resizing. And no worries, this local resizing option will not void your warranty.
Outside Warranty:
Resizing fee: 15% of the original order value
Sizes above US 11 incur an additional $150 per size
We highly recommend double-checking your ring size before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
3.2 Side Stone Protection
We offer complimentary replacement of lost side stones within one year of delivery.
3.3 Stone Security Maintenance
We also provide:
Free gemstone inspection
Tightening of settings if needed
Re-tipping of prongs for craftsmanship-related concerns
